San Antonio students are steering the city’s biggest party in 2026. Julia Enriquez, a senior at the University of Texas at San Antonio, has been crowned Miss Fiesta 2026, while Northeast Lakeview College student Eva Davidson is behind the festival’s official poster. Enriquez will serve as Fiesta’s ambassador throughout 2026 and Davidson’s artwork will be the public face of this year’s events. Organizers unveiled both selections at a membership reception earlier this year.
Enriquez received her crown at a ceremony in the Rosenberg Skyroom at the University of the Incarnate Word and will receive a $15,000 scholarship from the Fiesta San Antonio Foundation. Each of the four finalists also walked away with scholarship awards, organizers said. "As an ambassador for Fiesta, I am passionate about serving my San Antonio community," Enriquez said, according to Fiesta San Antonio. Over the next year, she will appear at member events and help spotlight nonprofit partners across the city.

Davidson’s design topped five student entries, one submitted by each of the Alamo Colleges, thanks to its focus on togetherness and everyday San Antonio life. "I most wanted to capture the ideas of togetherness, unity, and joy," Davidson said in a statement, as reported by San Antonio Magazine. Organizers and members said the choice reflects this year’s theme, "Fiesta Together."
Got Medal Bash To Boost Miss Fiesta Fund
Fiesta fans can chip in for the Miss Fiesta scholarship fund at the Got Medal Fiesta Celebration on March 24 from 5–8 p.m. at Bohanan’s Prime Steaks & Seafood. Tickets are $100 and include a Bohanan’s fiesta medal, a Fiesta San Antonio Foundation medal and a Miss Fiesta medal, according to San Antonio Magazine.
Fiesta 2026 is set for April 16–26 under the "Fiesta Together" banner, with a lineup that includes parades, concerts and neighborhood medal events across the city, according to KSAT. The celebrations mix public programming with fundraising events that benefit local nonprofits.
Enriquez is studying Politics and Law at UTSA and works with the Mexican American Unity Council as a housing promotora, helping families with estate and housing planning, according to UTSA’s Fiesta page. Her selection as Miss Fiesta puts student leadership from local campuses squarely in the spotlight during the citywide celebration.
The Fiesta San Antonio Commission says Davidson’s artwork will appear on official posters, T-shirts and medals, and that the full event schedule is available on the commission’s website, per Fiesta San Antonio. For medal collectors and parade regulars planning their calendars, organizers recommend checking individual event pages for times and ticketing details.
