Clintonville is about to get a serious sugar jolt. Fox in the Snow will open its new café at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, bringing its house-made pastries, breakfast sandwiches and coffee to North High Street, with the company also signaling the return of its long-missed doughnuts. Management has teased a special giveaway for early birds, a move that has historically meant sidewalk-spanning lines at new Fox in the Snow openings.
According to The Columbus Dispatch, the café announced the May 2 debut in a Facebook post on April 25 and confirmed that the first 100 customers in line will receive a special item. The Dispatch also reported the 8 a.m. start time for opening day.
Where the Clintonville Shop Will Be
Per the locations page on Fox in the Snow, the new café will sit at 4203 N. High Street in the former Hot Chicken Takeover space. That page lists the chain’s typical hours as roughly 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. A Clintonville-specific hours page has not yet gone live, so customers should expect those general hours to apply for now.
