Hollywood has officially wandered into the southwest valley, martini in hand. John Arakaki has expanded his Los Angeles lounge concept to Las Vegas with St. Felix Sin City, a cocktail-forward restaurant and late-night hangout aimed squarely at neighborhood regulars as much as out-of-towners. The space leans into a desert-glam vibe, with plush seating, curated playlists and cocktails made to order, alongside shareable plates designed to cover both dinner and the late-night crowd.
Speaking with Las Vegas Weekly, Arakaki said he wants St. Felix to be "the Herbs & Rye of this area," a place where guests can count on a quality meal, a quality cocktail and a steady stream of late-night energy. He reflected on keeping the brand alive through the COVID-19 pandemic and L.A. fires, and credited his years in Monster Energy marketing and nightclub promotion with helping shape the concept now landing in Las Vegas.
Room, Art and the Menu
The dining room mixes tongue-in-cheek Hollywood touches with glossy finishes, from a throne-style chair to oversized pop-culture artwork, while the bar sends out cocktails made to order instead of in batches, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The same outlet notes menu highlights like the Purple Reign cocktail, L.A.-style churro waffles and Thai deviled eggs, set alongside sampler platters and heartier late-night mains.
Hours and Practical Details
St. Felix Sin City keeps late-night hours from Wednesday through Sunday and accepts reservations by phone at 725-735-7723, according to Saint Felix's website. The venue lists service on Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m., and Sunday beginning at 3 p.m.
What This Adds To The Bend
St. Felix joins a growing lineup of restaurants at The Bend, a retail complex developers have pitched as a neighborhood hub for the southwest valley, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Local reporting has highlighted Arakaki's goal of weaving the venue into the community rather than chasing only Strip traffic, in step with a broader move toward more locally focused nightlife in the area.
For now, the Las Vegas outpost gives southwest locals another late-night option that pairs crafted cocktails with shareable plates and a bit of theatrical flair. Menus and private-event details are posted on the restaurant's site and booking pages as they continue to evolve.
