
A 43-year-old man has died after a late-night shooting in northwest Baltimore, marking another deadly incident along a stretch of West Belvedere Avenue that residents know all too well.
Police said officers were called to the 3700 block of West Belvedere Avenue around 10:18 p.m. on March 31, where they found the man suffering from what they described as an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics rushed him to a nearby hospital, but he later died.

Two victims and a recovered handgun
WMAR2 News reports that officers were initially called to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim. From there, investigators determined that two people appeared to have been shot on the 3700 block of West Belvedere. The male victim later died, and officers recovered a handgun inside his car, according to the outlet.
