
Houston police are calling on residents to help identify a suspect in an aggravated robbery that went down on March 22 in the 300 block of South Lockwood Drive. Detectives have released still images of the person they believe was involved, and Crime Stoppers is putting up as much as $5,000 for information that leads to charges.
According to a post from Houston Police Robbery, robbery detectives shared surveillance photos and wrote that their goal is to push unsolved robbery cases out to the community in hopes of identifying unknown suspects. The post included images tied to the March 22 incident and urged anyone who recognizes the individual or knows anything about the case to contact investigators.

Crime Stoppers of Houston notes that all tipsters remain anonymous and could qualify for a cash reward of up to $5,000. Tips can be submitted by calling 713-222-TIPS, using the Crime Stoppers mobile app, or filing a report online.
What Investigators Shared
The images released by detectives appear to be surveillance stills from the March 22 robbery, and they show a person police are hoping the public can help identify. Investigators are asking neighbors, nearby businesses and drivers who were in the area to review any security camera or dashcam footage from that evening to help piece together what happened and when.
Charges and Penalties
Under Texas law, aggravated robbery is a first degree felony, and a conviction can carry a prison sentence ranging from five to 99 years or life, plus fines of up to $10,000, according to Texas Penal Code §29.03. The statute elevates a robbery charge when a deadly weapon is used, serious bodily injury is inflicted, or the victim is elderly or disabled.
