
A late-night disturbance call on the 2000 block of Forum Drive in Rolla ended in gunfire early Wednesday, leaving a man in the hospital in stable condition, according to city authorities.
The shooting happened at about 4 a.m., and the officer involved has been placed on administrative leave while the incident is reviewed, according to KSDK. Police have not publicly released the names of either the officer or the man who was shot.
State patrol to lead the investigation
