Bella Loma, a family-owned distillery, quietly opened a tasting room on Feb. 21, pouring house-distilled agave spirits in cocktails rooted in Mexican tradition. On the menu are margaritas, Mexican martinis and other specialty drinks, along with bottles of blanco and reposado for sale. The owners say they grow and harvest agave on a ranch in Mexico and plan to add anejo, mezcal and whiskey later this year.
