Crush Yard, the indoor "eatertainment" hub tucked into Kissimmee’s theme-park corridor, has quietly added a weekend brunch that puts chicken and waffles and cinnamon sugar beignets in the same building as pickleball courts and an arcade. It is set up so players, spectators, and anyone just chasing a good plate of breakfast food can all share the space, with a full restaurant, bar, and private event rooms under one roof.
Brunch joins the lineup
According to WFTV Channel 9, the new brunch menu runs Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features dishes such as chicken and waffles, eggs in purgatory, and cinnamon sugar beignets. WFTV also highlights signature drinks like the Crush Margarita and Dragon Fruit Cooler, plus a self-serve tap wall stocked with more than 48 rotating beverages.
What the space offers
Crush Yard lists 10 indoor pickleball courts, a pro shop, an arcade and a full-service restaurant and bar at the Kissimmee location. Orlando Weekly reports that the build-out spans roughly 48,000 square feet and layers in lounge seating, outdoor games, and big-screen viewing so guests can hang out between matches.
Programming and people
Spectrum News 13 notes that Kissimmee marks Crush Yard’s second U.S. outpost and identifies Evan Addington as the site’s Pickleball Director. Local coverage cited by Spectrum describes a slate that includes lessons, classes, and planned leagues, along with open play and private-court rentals for those who prefer to lock in their own court time.
Built for parties and tourists
Orlando Weekly and other outlets point out that the venue sits in Formosa Gardens Village near Walt Disney World, and they describe dedicated private event rooms plus a VIP area aimed at birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and corporate gatherings. That blend of tourist traffic and locally focused programming is the crowd Crush Yard is clearly courting in Central Florida.
Passholders and members receive early access to courts and priority reservations, while the kitchen and bar keep slightly different operating hours. The Orlando location page lays out full hours, booking procedures, and passholder details. For the complete menu and reservation options, see Crush Yard.
