
What should have been a routine last evening at Centennial High School in Frisco quickly turned chaotic when a band tower collapsed and injured four teenagers. School and public-safety crews secured the campus while first responders treated the students and checked the stability of the area.
According to CBS News Texas, four teenagers were on the tower when it suddenly gave way, briefly pinning one student underneath before emergency crews pulled them free. Authorities have not released the students' names or provided detailed updates on their conditions.

FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth reported that the tower was roughly 30 feet tall and collapsed around 6:45 p.m. while students were climbing it. The station said three of the teens were transported to nearby hospitals for additional care, while a fourth was treated at the scene. Frisco ISD maintenance crews then cordoned off the area surrounding the fallen structure.
