EMS crews transported the 27-year-old to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was listed in stable condition. Local reporting from Norwood News pinpointed the scene at 2355 Williamsbridge Road and said the NYPD received a call at about 8:55 p.m. Officers arrived to find the victim suffering from gunshot wounds to the arm and chest.

Witnesses told the reporter they heard multiple shots ring out, then saw medics load a shooting victim into an ambulance.
