Lobster King Cajun Seafood is moving in with Cordova's favorite A1 Wings & Things, with both concepts set to share a storefront at 420 S Germantown Parkway, Suite 108, according to announcements on social media. That means Germantown Parkway’s dining strip is about to get a mashup of Lobster King’s Cajun-style boils - snow crab, lobster tails, shrimp, and mussels - alongside A1’s wings and fried seafood.
What Now first reported the partnership and highlighted Lobster King’s April Facebook post, which read, "We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with A1 Wings & Things at 420 S Germantown Pkwy #108, Cordova, TN 38018." According to What Now, the new Cordova setup currently has both a sign permit and a certificate-of-occupancy application under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development.
What To Expect
Lobster King has built its reputation on pound-style Cajun boils, with a menu that features snow crab legs, lobster tails, shrimp, mussels and clams tossed in a buttery Cajun sauce. Per Lobster King’s website, the chain’s Hacks Cross (Olive Branch) location serves that same lineup, which is what diners can expect to see carried over to the Cordova spot.
Where It Will Be
The combined concept is planned for Suite 108 at 420 S Germantown Parkway in Cordova, the same storefront A1 Wings already lists as its address, so customers could soon be grabbing wings and Cajun seafood from a single counter. A1 Wings’ website confirms the Cordova address and operating hours for the Germantown Parkway shop, and lists contact and ordering details at A1 Wings & Things.
When It Might Open
Neither restaurant has committed to a specific opening date. Lobster King’s social media post described the Cordova venture as "coming soon." As What Now notes, the actual launch will likely depend on final inspections and approvals tied to the pending sign permit and certificate-of-occupancy applications.
For Cordova diners who crave seafood boils and wings in the same meal, the collaboration promises an easy one-stop comfort-food fix. We will keep an eye on permit activity and the restaurants’ social feeds for an official opening date and update when owners lock in their timeline.
