Loveland’s newest spot for a quick bite is about to open its doors. Favorite Things Deli & Market, a compact grab-and-go offshoot of local caterer All the Ingredients, is set to debut in downtown Loveland on Friday, June 5. The shop will lean into fresh-made sandwiches, handcrafted deli items, and convenience-first groceries for locals and Little Miami Scenic Trail regulars, with only a handful of indoor and outdoor seats.

According to Cincinnati Magazine, Favorite Things is moving into the corner space at West Loveland Avenue and Karl Brown Way, right next to Lemons & Limes boutique, and is aiming for that Friday, June 5 opening. Inside, customers will find shelves stocked with beverages, elevated pantry goods, basic home needs, and products from other small businesses. Manager Josh Moss will run day-to-day operations at the counter while Leah Moss, the mind behind All the Ingredients, oversees the overall concept. As Cincinnati Magazine notes, the shop is not designed as a sit-down restaurant and will skip breakfast service, coffee, and alcoholic drinks altogether.

Built for Trail Traffic

Downtown Loveland is literally split by the Little Miami Scenic Trail, which means a steady stream of cyclists, runners, and walkers rolling through town most days. TrailLink describes the heavily used route as a major paved rail-trail connecting communities across the region, a built-in customer base that helps explain why Favorite Things is being tailored so clearly to trail users and downtown passersby looking for something fast but not flimsy.

From Catering to Counter Service

All the Ingredients has been handling catering gigs and weekly meal deliveries since 2018, then leveled up with a brick-and-mortar kitchen in December 2025, Cincinnati Magazine reports. Favorite Things gives the team a way to get their prepared foods and curated pantry staples directly into customers’ hands without taking on the full load of running a traditional restaurant.

Opening day on Friday, June 5, will give Loveland residents and trail-goers their first crack at the grab-and-go lineup and the compact grocery selection. With seating intentionally kept to a bare minimum, the plan is for most businesses to be focused on pickup and takeaway, at least in the early going.
