
A man remained in critical condition Monday after being shot in the head late Sunday during an argument on San Antonio’s South Side, according to police. Officers say the suspect drove away from the scene and had not been arrested as of Monday morning.

According to News 4 San Antonio, officers were called around 10:30 p.m. Sunday to the area off Grosvenor Boulevard near Pleasanton Road after a gunshot victim showed up at a local hospital. Investigators told the station the man had been arguing with another person when he was struck in the head. The suspect took off in a vehicle and, as of Monday morning, no arrests had been made.
