According to News 12, FDNY units were dispatched shortly after 1:30 p.m. to the two-alarm fire, and Citizen app footage shows smoke pouring from the structure with many windows blown out. The outlet reports that fire officials said the flames were first spotted behind the area where cellphones are displayed inside the store. The FDNY told News 12 that crews knocked down the main body of fire in just over an hour and that no one was injured.
