Humble has a new way to satisfy a sweet tooth, and it is coming straight out of a home kitchen. Gina’s Treats, an online bakery run by Georgina Trevino, quietly launched in March and is now turning out scratch-made mini cakes, tres leches cakes, muffins, cheesecakes and brownies for customers in the 77338 ZIP code, with both local pickup and delivery on the table.
According to Community Impact, orders are placed through a website linked in the bakery’s Instagram profile, ginas.treats23. Trevino told the outlet she officially launched Gina’s Treats in March and is currently handling neighborhood pickup and delivery orders across Humble.
Menu and ordering
Gina’s Treats mixes Latin favorites like tres leches with American standbys such as cheesecakes and brownies, all baked in small batches meant to cover everything from birthday parties to late-night cravings. Because the operation is online-only for now, availability can shift based on Trevino’s baking schedule and how much lead time customers give her on orders.
What the law allows
Texas’ updated cottage-food rules expanded what home bakers can legally sell and clarified registration and labeling requirements for certain refrigerated items. According to the Texas Department of State Health Services, operators are allowed to sell many baked goods and, under specific registration and handling rules, can also offer time-and-temperature-control products like cheesecakes as long as they follow state guidance.
Locals who want to see what Gina’s Treats is baking can follow the shop on Instagram and use the link in the bio to check menus, prices and pickup windows. As reported by Community Impact, the handle is ginas.treats23, and orders are being accepted online.
