Neon started buzzing over South Atlantic Avenue on Friday night as Dirty Noodz Ramen & Sake Bar officially opened in downtown Cocoa Beach, rolling out sake flights, late-night ramen bowls, and a fast-casual setup that targets both tourists and local night owls. The spot debuted at 5 p.m. and is pitching itself as a high-energy hangout built around bowls, bao, and cocktails.
Business filings show DIRTY NOODZ, LLC is registered to 26 S. Atlantic Ave and lists Daniel A. Todd as the manager and registered agent. According to BISProfiles, the company was incorporated earlier this year and occupies a downtown storefront on the same block as several of Todd's other venues.
Menu, drinks and vibe
The menu leans into ramen, bao buns, dumplings, and Asian street-food snacks, with brisket bao buns and a crispy katsu chicken ramen among the headliners, as reported by Florida Today. Behind the bar, the focus is on sake and imported Asian beers alongside cocktails such as the Dirty Espresso, Lychee Kiss, and a neon-hued "Pink Noise," plus an extensive nonalcoholic lineup that includes dirty sodas.
In a press release via the same outlet, Todd said, "every restaurant we've built has had its own personality. dirty noodz is probably the boldest one yet." The bold part is not subtle, from the neon murals to the clubby energy that keeps Cocoa Beach energized after dark.
From tiki bars to a ramen counter
Dirty Noodz is the latest concept from Todd's Rogue Wave Hospitality group, the operator behind 4th Street Fillin Station, Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill, and The Alibi Cocktails & Bites. Todd's wider expansion plans, including the Lakeside Social project in Viera Town Center, are outlined by Trade & Industry Development, which notes his growing footprint across the Space Coast.
The restaurant seats about 121 guests with both indoor and outdoor options and occupies the former Subway storefront on South Atlantic, according to Florida Today. Regular hours are reported as Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight, positioning Dirty Noodz as one of Cocoa Beach's new late-night options for both locals and visitors.
