Officers and Cleveland EMS found him with a gunshot wound, and paramedics rushed him to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment. Cleveland Police 1st District officers were called to the 10100 block of Madison Avenue around 9 p.m., Cleveland 19 reports. The station says the victim was discovered with a gunshot wound and taken to a nearby hospital. EMS transported the wounded man to MetroHealth Medical Center's main campus on the near West Side, according to the hospital's location information. MetroHealth lists its main campus at 2500 MetroHealth Drive and notes it includes a Level I Adult Trauma and Burn Center along with a 24/7 emergency department.
