Cleveland police are turning to the public for help tracking down two people they say are tied to a motor-vehicle theft and related vandalism near Clark Avenue, and they are hoping someone in the neighborhood recognizes the faces in newly released still images.
Detectives say the investigation is very much active as they sift through tips and review available footage. So far, no arrests or charges have been announced, and officers are leaning on nearby residents and businesses to help fill in the blanks.
According to Cleveland 19 News, the Cleveland Division of Police Second District has identified two individuals as suspects in a grand theft of a motor vehicle and vandalism that took place in the Clark Avenue area. The department released images believed to show the pair and is asking anyone who recognizes them to reach out to investigators.

How to pass along tips
