
A motorcycle ride in southwest Oklahoma City ended in tragedy Thursday when a hit-and-run crash left two people dead, police said. The collision happened near West 44th Street and Robinson Avenue. Both the rider and a passenger were taken to a nearby hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Officers later detained a suspect at a different location, according to authorities.
According to News 9, the Oklahoma City Police Department confirmed both victims died at the hospital and that investigators located a suspect away from the crash scene. The outlet reported that names and other identifying details had not been released at the time of reporting.
