Sage Jenkins, 62, left her assisted living home in Bradenton at 9:35 a.m. Sunday and had not returned, authorities said. The facility is in the 1900 block of 49th Avenue East.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office issued a missing-and-endangered alert for Jenkins. According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, she is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a dark blue floral nightgown with long light blue pants.
The sheriff's office has not said which direction Jenkins may have traveled or whether she left on foot or by other means.
How to Help Find Her
Anyone with information on Jenkins's whereabouts is asked to call the Manatee County Sheriff's Office at (941) 747-3011. The post, published early Monday, has not been updated with word that she has been located.
A separate prior case
A separate case reported by WWSB involved Susan Boucher, 53, who left a care facility on 49th Street East in Bradenton on Dec. 19, 2022, and was later found safe. Boucher was a different person, and the reported location was 49th Street East—not Jenkins’s 49th Avenue East.
For now, the case of Sage Jenkins remains open, with deputies continuing to seek tips from anyone who may have seen her since she left her 49th Avenue East residence Sunday morning.
