Second Suspect Charged in Clackamas County for ATM Theft with Stolen Excavator
A second suspect has been arrested in the theft of an ATM using a stolen excavator in Clackamas County. Kevin Owen Miller, 51, was arraigned last week on multiple charges, including aggravated theft, criminal conspiracy, and possession of a stolen vehicle. The incident occurred on June 23 at a US Bank branch on SE Sunnyside Road. Miller’s co-defendant, Matthew Evan Armour, 32, was arraigned last month on similar charges. Miller remains in custody at Multnomah County Jail and also faces related charges in Washington.
Second Fatality in King Neighborhood Crash: Driver Curtis Leroy Palmer Passes Away, Portland Police Confirm
Curtis Leroy Palmer, the driver in a fatal Portland crash, died from his injuries. The crash also killed pedestrian DaRon V. Craig. Another pedestrian's condition has stabilized. No arrests or citations have been issued yet as police investigate.
