The historic Eastover estate once sheltered P.T. Barnum's circus animals — now a portion of its proceeds is designated for a children's healing center.

The 10-acre riding park near Greenville Downtown Airport will include a concrete skatepark, bicycle playground, and pump track.

A four-year-old Amur leopard left its enclosure at the Greenville Zoo Thursday; staff tranquilized and returned the animal. The zoo remains closed while officials review the incident.
