That's because the MTA will be doing "major construction" at the intersection today and tomorrow, meaning the N and J will be disrupted, the 22 will see delays, and car traffic will be detoured. The key takeaways, according to the N Judah Chronicles:
That's because the MTA will be doing "major construction" at the intersection today and tomorrow, meaning the N and J will be disrupted, the 22 will see delays, and car traffic will be detoured. The key takeaways, according to the N Judah Chronicles:
- N trains won't operate west of Church Street. Instead, the N will stop at Church Station, and there will be a bus shuttle from 14th and Church all the way out to Ocean Beach.
- J line service will operate normally from Church and Market outbound to Balboa Park. But if you want to take the J further downtown than that, you'll have to switch to an underground shuttle.
- Riders of the 22 "should expect delays."
- Duboce between Church and Fillmore will be closed to car traffic all weekend.
- And in what kinda goes without saying, "residents close to construction will be subject to some noise."
