What's Going On At All You Knead?Photo: Amy Stephenson/Hoodline
It may look like the Haight's most defunct storefront, but there's activity afoot at the former All You Knead space at 1466 Haight.
We got a tip that there was some action at the address recently , so we did a little digging. Turns out, there have been a few updates since our last post

The space is currently in the process of being renovated to be put back on the market in July. It's getting a complete earthquake retrofit (so trendy right now), and updated bathrooms that will be ADA compliant (as you recall, the old bathrooms were up a steep flight of stairs).

The owners are asking $12K a month for the space, and you can check out the listing here if you're interested.

If potential lessees are smart, they'll take a gander at yesterday's post before they decide what kind of restaurant to put in. A Chinese restaurant/bakery with a bowling alley in back that stays open until 2am would make a lot of people happy.

You're welcome, restaurateurs.
