The retail-level spaces of the Icon building (2299 Market St.) have been slowly filling in for some time now, with the arrivals of Giddy Candy and Skin On Market. Now, a new espresso bar, Wildcraft, has softly opened. We briefly spoke with founder Theresa Beaumont to learn more about the new space and what Wildcraft plans to offer.

Beaumont told us that it's been a busy and exciting time preparing the space for the soft opening, and that she hopes that Wildcraft becomes the "best 10 minutes of your day."

The goal will be to provide a variety of items throughout the day, including espresso in the morning, heated BRU bone broth during the day, $1 coffee on the way home from work, and Haverton Hill Creamery's sheep's-milk ice cream for a late-night snack.

As for coffee roasters, Beaumont said to expect rotating options in addition to anchor Ritual Coffee Roasters, which she is excited to currently have. "Ritual has both amazing coffee and a great team led by founder Eileen Hassi Rinaldi."

Beaumont is excited about the collaborative space that she plans for Wildcraft, which will host rotating artists, products, and more. She also hopes to utilize the space for special events.

We'll be doing an in-depth interview with Beaumont as the official opening approaches. In the meantime, stop by to check out Wildcraft's offerings and beautifully designed space.
