If all this sunshine and warm weather has you obsessing about the weekend already, you're not alone. Here's a quick look at the eclectic lineup of gatherings coming up across SoMa.

Starting tonight, you'll find a mixture of drag, music, comedy and more onstage at Oasis. San Francisco drag stars Peaches Christ and Heklina are starring in the musical parody Mommie Queerest.

No doubt, the plot line spins a twist on the 1981 drama: "Aging drag star Peaches Christ must do something to boost her public appeal and so in a desperate attempt to attract attention she adopts a brand new drag daughter, Hek-tina. Peaches promises to give her new drag daughter all the things she never had but young Hek-tina quickly learns that her drag mother is a mentally abusive wreck. Hek-tina begins to secretly plan to take her mother down..." Intrigued? The four-night run is already partially sold out, so don't delay.

Feuding members of The Smiths may never reunite, but in honor of Morrissey's 57th birthday this weekend, San Francisco-born cover band "This Charming Band" will be on stage at Slim's this Friday night to help you relive the magic the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers unleashed on the '80s.

If sipping lagers with accomplished scientists is more your style, you won't want to miss Pint of Science next week. As part of the national festival, experts in their fields are hosting chats on microbes, extraterrestrial life-forms, the brain and more nerdy subjects at bars around the neighborhood on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Or, if you'd prefer to quench your thirst sans the science talk, keep in mind that Bergerac on 11th Street just launched a "Twofer Tuesday" deal. Buy one well drink, draft beer or house wine and they'll refill your glass for free from 5pm-12am Tuesday nights moving forward.
