The unique new restaurant features crossover flavors from Latin America and the Pacific Northwest from chef Derek Bugge and owner Milan Uzelac, who are also behind 99 Park in Bellevue. Opened on June 24th, the new spot aims at providing a "contemporary, ever-evolving menu": look for starters like grilled octopus, bacalao cakes, charcuterie and cheese; entrees include Alaskan halibut, Vancouver Island King Salmon, rack of lack, and a wagyu burger.

Currently, 2120 serves lunch and dinner; brunch service will kick of on Saturday, July 1st.

The fresh addition has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
