Ice cream fans, take note: Seattle favorite Molly Moon's has opened up a new Columbia City location, located at 4822 Rainier Ave S. (between Edmunds St & Angeline St).
Look out for all your Molly Moon's favorite flavors, from Earl Grey to maple walnut to honey lavender, as well as its rotating seasonal flavors. All of Molly Moon's ice cream is made daily in the shop, and the new location's open kitchen design lets curious kids (and adults) get a glimpse of the process.
The fresh arrival has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Alyssa F., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 20th, said: "Incredible artisan ice cream in a fun, colorful ambiance. Molly Moon's makes all of their ice creams in house, and with sophisticated flavors like Earl Grey and toppings like lemon curd."
Yelper Marian D. added: "I love Molly Moon's ice cream forever and ever! And I am so glad they have moved a little bit closer to my area. The Columbia City branch is brand new and very cute and especially the colorful mural."
And Shane B. said: "Yummy! They are pretty pricy, but for me, and the taste is worth it."
You can anticipate spending $11-$30 per person on a visit to Molly Moon's, as it's marked as two dollar signs on Yelp.
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Molly Moon's is open daily from noon to 11pm.
