Located at 1709 W Division St. (between Paulina St & Hermitage Ave) in East Village, the new spot is called VinnyD's.
The business is multifaceted, offering over two dozen different types of lemonades, plus iced teas, shaved ice, Italian ice, gelato, soft serve ice cream, and savory options like Italian beef sandwiches and Chicago-style Vienna Beef hot dogs. It's also dog-friendly, with a walk-up window and outdoor patio seating.
VinnyD's has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
Laura G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 6th, said: "My Boyfriend and I have been waiting the arrival of Vinny D's since they put up their "coming soon" a year or so ago. We went Saturday and Tuesday ( it's that good!)."
