A new Vietnamese spot, offering soup and more, has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Pho Cyclo Cafe, the new addition is located at 2124 S Broad St. in Newbold.

Expect to order classic Vietnamese dishes, such as ca kho to (claypot fish), banh xeo (sizzling crepe/pancake), canh chua ca (sweet and sour soup with catfish) and more for an affordable price. Bonus: unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, the newcomer allows you to create your own pho bowls (noodle soup) with your selection of three different meats.

Pho Cyclo Cafe has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Tho P., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 20th, said: "Can't say much more than another satisfied dining experience at a neighborhood restaurant. Went in with my heart settled on hot pot but decide to go with a variety of traditional Viet plates."

Yelper Cee T. added: “Convenient location for me because I live right up the street. New to the neighborhood. Nice and small pho spot. For the food : price per bowl was good. Bun bo hue wasn't the greatest I've ever had in my life, but it was pretty good!"

And Michael T. said: "What a surprise! Their signage outside is odd as you can miss it right on Board St. but once your walk inside, you are pleasantly surprised."

Pho Cyclo Cafe is now open at 2124 S Broad St., so stop in to try it for yourself.
