A new Vietnamese spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. Called Pho Kitchen 88, the newcomer is located at 18630 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Green Valley Ranch.
According to the business, the family-owned restaurant is bringing 20 years of "authentic Vietnamese restaurant experience" to the table. You'll see an assortment of appetizers, noodle bowls, pho, banh mi, rice plates and side dishes for less than $10 each. (See the full menu here.)
Pho Kitchen 88 has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of 13 reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Peter N. said: “Food - I ordered #6, Bun Dac Biet, and love the eggrolls!! The meat is nicely grilled." And Ellen L. noted: "It's not the best Vietnamese food I've had, but it will satiate the craving and is conveniently located."
