A new Thai spot, offering sandwiches and more, has opened for business in the neighborhood. The newcomer to Adams, called Pink Bee, is located at 2010 NW 56th St. (between N 22nd Ave & N 20th Ave).

Operating since June, the new eatery has been gaining popularity for its menu of subs and authentic Thai dishes. Look for braised pork, beef or tofu panang, chicken satay and tofu satay sandwiches served on a French roll for $9.50 each. In addition to sandwiches, there are rice bowls, curries and salads—as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as Thai iced tea to wash it all down.

Pink Bee has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of 14 reviews on Yelp.

Erika G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 6th, said: "Great dishes, great prices and the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful! I'm glad a fresh, and new and nice/clean restaurant moved into this location. The yellow curry chicken was incredible."

Yelper Marshall B. added: “It's legit. Located in the old Malena's Tacos space and this little Thai place adds another great Thai option to the neighborhood (the other being Pestle Rock)."

And Amin S. said: "Loved it! Think Paseo meets Thai. Had the braised pork sandwich with grilled onions and cilantro on a sweet hoagie. Delicious and creative! TONS of gluten free options."

Head on over to check it out: Pink Bee is open daily from 11am-3pm and 4pm–9pm.
