A juicy, sizzling patty, crispy-crunchy toppings and a pillowy, yet hearty, bun. What more could you ask for after a long day, a long night or a back-breaking sweat session? With that in mind, we rounded up five of the most fulfilling burgers Miami has to offer.
Lokal
Coconut Grove

Lokal sources all of its ingredients from local farms—including grass-fed Kobe-style beef ground in-house daily. But what really helps it stand out is inventive toppings. Don't miss Frita By Kush (piled with guava jelly, melted Gruyere cheese, stuffed potato sticks, bacon and LoKal's signature sauce then squished under a branded bun) or My Childhood Dream (with American cheese and candied bacon and served between two halves of a glazed donut).
Customization is encouraged, so vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diners need not be strangers.
180 Degrees At The DRB
Downtown

Years after its debut, Chef Ryan Martin's 50/50 Burger—which offers a chorizo and Angus beef patty topped with queso frito, maduros (sweet fried plantains), a fried egg and a spicy lime aioli—continues to draw crowds. Head over from 3-7pm weekdays to wash it down with happy hour drink specials.
Pincho Factory
multiple locations

This burgeoning franchise has a lot to offer—burgers, kebabs, wraps, salads and more—but the Totson Burger is a must-try. This small but mighty creation replaces the bun with tostones (fried plantain slices). Order yours with beef or chicken, a side of sweet potato tots and a glass of Pincho's signature beer, the 627.
db Bistro Moderne
Downtown

Here, famed French Chef Daniel Boulud's Miami outpost, you'll find the priciest, and most outlandish, burger in town. At $35 a pop, The Original db Burger is a sirloin burger stuffed with red wine-braised short ribs and seared foie grass, topped with a black truffle and tomato confit and served on a parmesan crusted bun. Oh, and it comes with a side of perfectly normal fries.
Blue Collar
MiMo District

This 70s-inspired diner, a Guy Fieri favorite, keeps things simple. The "Dry Aged Cheeseburger" features a 100 percent Angus beef patty topped with a slice of American cheese placed on a Portuguese muffin next to a side of housemade fries. That’s it. But that perfectly juicy patty will have you crawling back again and again.
Vegetarians also praise Blue Collar’s veggie version, which could also be paired with a side of seasonal veggies if fried potatoes aren't your thing.
