A new breakfast and brunch spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. Called Hashtag, the new addition is located at 10155 E 29th Dr. in Stapleton.
It's the latest business venture for Tony Guard of the Tag Restaurant Group, which also owns Tag Restaurant in Larimer Square. He's teamed up with executive chef Brent Calley to open the casual breakfast, brunch and lunch spot.
The menu boasts items like "hippy hash" (roasted veggies, sweet potatoes, two eggs, baby kale salad and Siracha pepper puree), "wake and bake" skillet (three eggs, mushrooms, gruyere cheese, roasted veggies and crispy brussels), pork shoulder hash, eggs Benedict, breakfast burritos, and a whole lot more.
Wash down your meal with coffee (with or without booze), juice, beer, wine or a Bloody Mary.
With a 4.5-star rating out of 29 reviews on Yelp so far, # Hashtag is on its way to developing a local fan base.
