A new crêperie has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Crepes 'n Crepes, the fresh addition is located at 3000 Zuni St. in Highland.
It's the third outpost for the popular Denver crêperie, which opened its first location in Cherry Creek back in 2006, followed by a second storefront in Writer Square shortly thereafter.
Crepes 'n Crepes' menu boasts an assortment of savory crêpes, from breakfast and vegetarian options to its signature poulet au gratin (chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, swiss cheese and white wine cream) and sweet crêpes, including strawberries with Nutella or chocolate sauce, wild blueberries with sugar and more.
You also have the option to create your own crêpe from a selection of five different ingredients for $15. Wash it down with your choice of juice, soda, coffee, wine or beer. (See the full menu here.)
Crepes 'n Crepes has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp.
Mitch G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on August 2nd, said: "Welcome to the neighborhood! Highlands has no shortage of great breakfast places and but I was excited to see Crepes 'n Crepes open their latest location in LoHi. Besides the delicious savory or sweet crepes I like the ease of eating here."
Yelper Kerry A. added: “It was so amazing. It's such a cute little place, I got a crepe with Nutella, strawberries, bananas, cream cheese, drizzled in chocolate sauce?! It was perfect, and I was sad to eat it and have it end."
