A new nail salon has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Coco Blue Nail & Spa, the new addition is located at 1532 Frankford Ave. in Fishtown/Lower Kensington.
Coco Blue Nail & Spa—which has four other locations and one more on the way in the greater Philadelphia area—specializes in manicures, pedicures, waxing and massage services. Customers can combine services in special packages, for a discounted price.
With a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, Coco Blue is on its way to developing a local fan base.
Yuhang Z., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 21st, said: "Came here first time with a girl friend. Had a gel mani and classic pedi. Brand new space and very modern decor. Staff was polite and professional. Owner gave us $5 off. They offer drinks like tea and coffee, too."
Yelper Erin S. added: “Went here for the first time today. The space is beautiful and clean. Great massages during both the pedicure and manicure, and very satisfied with the application.”
