A new cafe, offering coffee, tea and more, has made its debut in the neighborhood. The newcomer to the Greenway / Upper Kirby area, called Luce Ave Coffee, is located at 3995 Richmond Ave.
On the menu, expect to see coffee mainstays like americanos, cortados, lattes, mochas and more.
There's also a selection of black and herbal teas, as well as sweet drinks like lemon sparkling-ade, orange sparkling-ade, and blended strawberry.
Look for a variety of house-made pastries on offer as well.
Luce Ave Coffee has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp.
Lindsey D., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on September 24th, said: "They just opened a week ago! Just around the corner from my LA Fitness."
Yelper Crystal K. added: “This place just opened last Monday. I decided to check it out since it's within walking distance from my office. I love the minimalistic look and white walls and chairs with some accents of black.”
And Max W. said: "First time here, and WOW!!!!!! It is SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! I got the Bong Bong lucinno, and speechless! The price is very reasonable too. The owner (at least I think she's the owner) is super nice! "
