A new creperie has made its debut in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Greater Heights, called Melange Creperie, is located at 711 Heights Blvd.

Owned by “Buffalo” Sean Carroll and his wife, Tish Ochoa, Melange was inspired by the couple's honeymoon travels to Paris. The business got its start with a cart in Montrose that also made appearances at farmers markets, parties and festivals. After stints in a grocery store and the Conservatory food hall (where it closed last month), the creperie is now a standalone restaurant.

Customers have the option of ordering a “mélange a deux” crepe (with two ingredients) or “mélange a trois” (with three). Ingredient options include Thai chicken with peanut sauce and bananas with Nutella. Salads are also on offer, with options like grilled vegetables with chicken.

Melange Creperie has just three reviews on Yelp, which give it a 4.5-star rating thus far.

Chris H., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on October 11th, said: "Here for the soft opening and couldn't be happier! We tried a ham/egg/cheese crepe, Thai chicken crepe, a made to order, and and a s'more crepe for desert. The place looks beautiful."

Cody J. agrees: "The space is beautiful and modern, they have chalkboard tables and share the patio with Cloud 10. Parking was great, space is beautiful, and you see them making the food, in the front."

And according to Yelper John R., Melange has "amazing food in a fabulous space! Crepes and salads were delicious! Super friendly service!"

Melange Creperie is now open at 711 Heights Blvd., so stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood.
