Looking to chow down on some barbecue fare? A new spot has you covered. Called BBQ Supply, the new addition is located at 1301 E 53rd St. (between Kimbark Ave. & Kenwood Ave.) in Hyde Park.

BBQ Supply—which has another location in West Rogers Park—specializes in pit-smoked barbecue, offering a variety of entrees, sandwiches, salads, sides and craft beers.

On the BBQ menu, expect to see items like pulled chicken and pork, sausage, brisket, ribs and more.

For sandwiches and entrees, look for featured items like smoked tacos, a house burger, pulled pork panini with apple chutney, and "not your average salads."

Rounding out the menu are the signature sides like truffle mac and cheese, Texas caviar, and custard-filled cornbread. (You can check out the full menu here.)

The newcomer has gotten good reviews thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Mike M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 12th, said: "Another wonderful location for Jared and his group. Fantastic BBQ creations with original side dish creations. The custard cornbread is deliously amazing!"

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. BBQ Supply is open Tuesday–Sunday from 11am–9pm. (It's closed on Monday.)
