A new healthy American spot, offering sandwiches and more, has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Muscle Maker Grill, the new arrival is located at 111 W Jackson Blvd. (between Michigan Ave) in The Loop.
Muscle Maker Grill—which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York—offers "healthier versions of mainstream-favorite dishes that taste great," like salads, sandwiches and wraps.
On the menu, expect to see items like the "Mardi Gras Grilled Chicken" salad with Cajun-seasoned grilled chicken breast, turkey bacon and a low-carb dressing; the "Lean & Mean Cheeseburger" with reduced-fat cheddar cheese and fat-free hickory BBQ dressing; and the "Rocky" with grilled chicken breast, turkey meatballs, reduced fat mozzarella and marinara. There's just one review on Yelp thus far, which gives it five stars.
