A new Shanghainese and dim sum spot, offering noodles and more, has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival to the International District, called Dough Zone Dumpling House, is located at 504 5th Ave S. (between King St & Jefferson St).

Dough Zone Dumpling House—which has two other locations in the greater Seattle area—not only specializes in dumplings, but noodle dishes and Chinese-style pancakes and rolls as well.

On the menu, look for items like BBQ pork soup bao, pan-fried chive dumplings, dandan noodles, pot stickers, spicy beef pancake rolls and more.

With a four-star rating out of 13 reviews on Yelp so far, Dough Zone Dumpling House has made a promising start.

Ted C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 8th, said: "Love the food, and super reasonably priced, too. They're still soft opening, and I hope they can bring more of their full menu to this location soon!"

Yelper Moreen P. added: “Dough Zone was just great all around! The host was gracious & quoted a 15-minute wait which was manageable. Service was prompt and on point. The food came out super quick and and it was soooo good!”
