If you've got Thai on the mind, a recent opening is need-to-know. Located at 1190 Thomas St. (between N Fairview Ave. & N Minor Ave.) in South Lake Union, the fresh arrival is called Kati Vegan Thai.

Kati Vegan Thai's 100 percent plant-based menu evolves with the seasons, and changes frequently based on available ingredients. Expect to see standbys such as soups, salads, curries, stir-fried dishes, and Thai-style fried rice.

Menu items include a spring salad with peanut sauce, pumpkin curry, pad makua with eggplant and bell peppers, "Old-Style Pad Thai" and more.

There are desserts on the menu as well, like sweet sticky rice with longan fruit and coconut milk ice cream. (You can check out the full current menu here.)

The new addition has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp.

Ash S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on September 29th, said: "Dear Kati Vegan Thai, You complete me. Just when I thought I had to eat the same bowl of vegetables for lunch every day for the rest of my life, you go and open 5 minutes away from where I work."

Head on over to check it out: Kati Vegan Thai is open weekdays from 11:30am–3pm, weekends from noon–3pm, and daily from 5pm–9:30pm.
