Looking to chow down on some Vietnamese fare? A new spot has you covered. The fresh addition to Celebration Square, called Pho Sure, is located at 7451 Six Forks Rd.
Pho Sure bills itself as a fast, healthy, Vietnamese restaurant chain with locations throughout Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The eatery has now begun expanding to North America.
On the menu, expect to see a selection of banh mi sandwiches, spring rolls, pho noodle soups and salad and noodle bowls.
Banh mi or spring rolls can be filled with grilled pork, lemongrass beef, honey chicken, or tofu. The former come on a baguette with pickled vegetables; the latter are wrapped with lettuce, herbs, and rice vermicelli.
On the pho noodles menu, you'll find beefsteak, meatballs, chicken breast, seafood and tofu options. (You can check out the full menu here.)
With a four-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, Pho Sure has made a promising start.
