A new Mediterranean spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. Called Zoës Kitchen, the newcomer is located at 2550 Citywest Blvd. in Westchase.
A chain with locations throughout Texas and the Midwest, Zoës specializes in Mediterranean bowls, soups and salads, sandwiches, and stuffed pitas.
On the menu, expect to see items like a cauliflower rice bowl with a choice of protein, house-made tzatziki, and cucumbers; a harissa salmon pita wrap with Mediterranean relish; and steak kabobs with peppers, onions and tomatoes. (You can view the full menu here.)
The new arrival has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Sabrina F., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on September 20th, said: "Love this fresh, new location in Westchase! This is a perfect addition to your lunch rotation. This Zoës has a spacious patio with umbrella covered seating. Plus, and the staff is extremely friendly!"
Yelper Brenda M. added: “My first time at Zoës Kitchen and I am in love. I was surprised to see that they had a pick two special for $7.99. I got half a turkey stack sandwich and a bowl of chicken orzo soup.”
And Ky N Josie N. said: "Yay!!! I have Zoes near me now!! I'm so happy! This location is huge! The staff is very friendly. Their lunch rush was CRAZY and but I was patient because the food is worth it."
