As for ramen, expect to see items like tonkotsu ramen with char siu and wood mushrooms, miso ramen with ground pork, and kimchee and cheese ramen in a pork broth.
There's also a selection of sides like gyoza, kimchee fries and edamame. (You can check out the full menu here.)
So far, there's just one review on Yelp , which gives it five stars.
Irene C., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on October 4th, said: "New ramen joint in the Height!! Use to be Republic Diner and Sojubang. Kept most of the menu and but did add many new ramen items. Kimchi with cheese ramen was so unique and out of this world!"
Head on over to check it out: Republic Diner + Noodle Bar is open Friday and Saturday from 11am–11pm, and Sunday–Thursday from 11am–10pm.
