Looking for a new spot for coffee and healthy food? Look no further than Bulletproof Cafe. The fresh arrival to South Lake Union is located at 307 Westlake Ave N. (between Thomas St. & Harrison St.)
Bulletproof Cafe is the brick-and-mortar extension of the Bulletproof supplement brand, which is best known for extolling the health virtues of coffee mixed with various oils to promote cognitive health.
At its cafes (there are two other locations in Southern California), the company sells supplements to-go or mixed with coffee, as well as a variety of healthy snacks.
On the coffee side, there are fresh-ground roasts, whole beans, and a variety of cold brew flavors like original, vanilla, mocha, and original with collagen protein. The supplement selection includes "Brain Octane," "Eye Armor," and "Sleep Mode." (You can check out the full line of products here.)
With just two reviews on Yelp thus far, Bulletproof Cafe currently has a five-star rating.
Cody C., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on October 29th, said: "As an avid Bulletproof follower, I was excited that Seattle finally got a Bulletproof Cafe. It's located right in the now-trendy South Lake Union neighborhood. It's great to be able to snag all my Bulletproof products in Seattle rather than waiting and getting them online."
And Yelper Eli W. wrote: "If you subscribe to the efficacy of nutritional supplements and nootropics, then you'll be happy Bulletproof has opened in SLU."
