A new Thai spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The new arrival to East Hollywood, called Ocha Classic Restaurant, is located at 5310 Hollywood Blvd.
This new eatery, which has two other locations in Los Angeles, offers a variety of traditional Thai standbys like soups, salads, curries, and noodle dishes.
On the menu, expect to see items like Thai-style sour soup, beef curry with coconut cream, chicken with chili, garlic and mint; pineapple fried rice, pad see ew, and more.
With a four-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp so far, Ocha Classic Restaurant has made a promising start.
Jahcobie C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on November 1st, said: "I stopped in after noticing it was open. My regular Thai food restaurants have a $10 credit minimum so I thought to go and try Ocha. To my lack of luck, my pad see ew with tax came to $10.49."
And Dolly P. said: "The menu for this Ocha is different from what I usually see from the 3rd Street location. There's a $3 valet fee after 6pm, so arrive before for free parking."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Ocha Classic Restaurant is open Monday–Thursday from 11am–11pm, and Friday–Sunday from 11am–midnight.
