If you've got Mediterranean food or crepes on the mind, a recent opening is need-to-know. Called Old Thyme Cafe, the newcomer is located at 229 Market St. in Old City.

This new spot features a little bit of everything, with fresh juices and smoothies, crepes, breakfast items like waffles and croissants, wraps, sandwiches, and soups and salads.

On the menu, expect to see an array of sweet and savory crepes, with ingredients like caramel, cinnamon, bananas, Nutella, chocolate, spicy tomato, eggs and bacon, and more.

For wraps and sandwiches, there are items like labneh (a yogurt cheese spread) with veggies and dried mint; garlic chicken with veggies on lavash bread; and beef shawarma with hummus, veggies, and tahini. (You can check out the full menu here.)

With a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer has already made a good impression.

Chris J., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 25th, said: "I've seen this place being built out now for a little while with excitement for it to open. I just had my first item off their menu, which was their hummus wrap, and the Middle Eastern vegetables are awesome."

Yelper Thomas I. added: “Great food, great service, and friendly staff. My daughters and I had dinner here recently. I had the falafel wrap, which was excellent. My older daughter had an apple crepe while my youngest had eggs."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Old Thyme Cafe is open Monday–Thursday from 7:30am–7:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 7:30am–8:30pm, and Sunday from 7:30am–6:30pm.
