A new Indian spot has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Indikitch, the fresh arrival is located at 109 W 37th St. (between Avenue Of The Americas & Broadway) in Midtown West.

Indikitchen, which has three other outposts in the city, specializes in fast-casual Indian fare with a build-your-own plate component.

Diners start by choosing which type of meal they'd like—a "Feast" entree, biryani rice plate, kati roll, or "Live Fire Salad"—and then customize the order by selecting a protein like chicken tikka, pulled pork, lamb kofta, paneer, or grilled mushrooms.

The "Feast" comes with four sides, including naan, rice, dal, and a side salad, while the biryani comes with pickled onions and fenugreek leaves. Kati rolls are filled with a choice of protein, mint chutney, onions and coriander, while the salad comes with greens, yogurt, pickled onions, and chickpea chips.

Rounding things out are sides like veggie samosas with chutney, onion pakora strings, and mulligatawny soup. (You can check out the full menu here.)

Indikitch has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp.

David L., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on December 6th, said: "Super tasty Indian food. So many combinations to choose from. I'll be coming back for more. The raita sauce works really well with the naan. Ad the manager was passing out ice cream popsicles."

Yelper Peng L. added: “Great new addition to the neighborhood. Fast-casual type food, great for the office crowd.”

Head on over to check it out: Indikitch is open weekdays from 10:30am–10pm, and weekends from 11am–9pm.
