Edge Studios is a new gym that offers cycling, yoga and climbing classes, with amenities that include a Himalayan salt wall and infrared heating in the yoga studio.

But Edge Studios' most unique offering is its 30-minute climbing classes, which utilize "Summit Power Tower" machines that incorporate stair-climbing with upper body exercises for a complete, full-body workout. (See more details on Edge Studios' offerings here.)

Yelper Julie L., the first to review Edge Studios on February 26th, wrote: "Nice studio. I took the Basic Yoga class. I haven't practiced for five years; it was challenging but doable. The people and staff are very nice and I felt comfortable going at my own pace."

Edge Studios is open weekdays from 6am–9pm, and weekends from 6am–6pm.

Located inside of Fire Wings, this poké bar is the newest location of Delilah's By Make Fish, joining the original Delilah’s (4400 Freeport Blvd.) and Make Fish Poke & Sushi Burrito in Midtown (1801 L St.).

It offers traditional Hawaiian poké "like you would find on the islands," as well as musubi, grilled cheese sandwiches and more. (See the menu here.)

Yelp users are generally positive about Delilah's By Make Fish, which currently holds four stars out of 25 reviews on the site.

Kathy K. noted: "I was greeted warmly by the staff, and when I asked about the different flavors, I was offered up the chance to sample any of the ones I wanted to try. They had about seven different pokes: ahi, salmon and an octopus I believe."

Yelper Joelle P. wrote: "I've been going to the other location down on Freeport Blvd., but let me tell you, I am so glad this one opened! Poké is my absolute guilty (or not guilty?) pleasure."

Delilah's By Make Fish is open daily from 11am–midnight.
